Today, the Food Fair starts in Taipei wich is the capital of Taiwan. With the participation of representatives from industry of Paraguay, among them our Commercial Manager Celeste González. Through the Paraguayan Chamber of Meat, with a stand , Korni Pauls, director of said guild and General Manager of Frigochaco, informed that as a pre-exhibition to the fair, and at the suggestion of the Embassy of Taiwan in Asunción, with support from the Paraguayan Embassy in Taipei, yesterday the event called "Night of the Paraguayan meat" was held in the city of Kaohsiung, under the auspices of the Paraguayan Meat Chamber.
Minister of Industry and Commerce Liz Cramer also honored the fair with her presence, and said that with the event in Kaohsiung, Paraguay shows its interest in making known his delicious meat, not only in Taipei, as well in the entire territory of Taiwan.
The president of the National Service of Quality and Animal Health (Senacsa), José Carlos Martin also participated. He expressed in his speech the great importance of the Taiwan market now for Paraguay, occupying the sixth place, and with the act of tasting it was pretendet to place Paraguayan meat on top of the Taiwan market.
