Today the American Barbecue Course was held, taught by Pitmaster BRUNO SALOMAÕ. The delicious Frigochaco cuts, provided by our Beef Shop Sales Hall, were protagonists.
The event took place at Capitão Bar Asunción, located on Paseo Carmelitas.
Important companies of the sector participated. Excellent development of the topics, with much participation from those present.
